First Potomac Realty Trust purchases properties that produce a market-rate yield, calculated with an estimated capital improvement and leasing reserve and operated on a budget allowing for professional management. First Potomac also purchases properties requiring releasing to optimize value.
Geographic Area: Southern Mid-Atlantic: Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C.
Size & Type of Buildings: Preferably industrial, light industrial and business park assets of at least 50,000 square feet.
Brokers: First Potomac will try to protect, in any contract that it submits to the seller within six months of its receipt of an authorized submittal, the real estate broker who submitted the authorized package and who acts as the procuring cause for the completion of a purchase.
